Who am I?

Hi, my name is Rose. I’m a woman who started off as a nurse, and then moved into sales industry. I’ve been happy with my career choices so far but I always wanted to do something I was truly passionate about.

One night I had a dream. I dreamed that I was on a bus going in the wrong direction. It felt like a sign that my life wasn’t going exactly in a direction I wanted it to go. That was when I decided I wanted to try something different. I was never big into writing, mainly because I never thought it was something I was good at. However, I didn’t want it to stop me pursuing something that could bring me and others joy and inspiration. I wanted to share my passion with YOU.

I believe that organisation is key to staying focused, less stressed and resourceful.I also believe less is more in terms of what we surround ourselves with. I’m regularly developing new systems that help me stay concentrated and organised in day-to-day living. I would like to share them with you to hopefully help you feel less stressed!

  • Vegetarian and vegan cooking and baking recipes

Who doesn’t enjoy a tasty meal? I learned how to cook in my early 20’s when I moved out of my family home. What’s important for me in the dishes I make – apart from the meals being delicious of course – is that it has to be simple to make. I want to be able to make tasty dishes without spending hours in the kitchen. I know there are people out there who feel the same way. I hope my recipes will give you inspiration in the kitchen.

I wouldn’t consider myself a minimalist, however this is a concept I like to explore in my daily life. I believe each one of us can create a life that can be simple in it’s individual way. I would like to share with you my suggestions, discoveries and insightful information that will help you forget about your daily stresses.
