This recipe is a timeless classic – vegetarian lasagne. When I first started to learn how to cook I always wanted to learn how to make a tasty lasagne dish. For me, lasagne is a staple dish and with the right recipe it is a type of a dish that you can make for any occasion.
This is one of my favourite dishes of 2020. It’s super quick and easy to make and it tastes amazing!
The most important part of the dish is the Walnut Sauce. Once you have all your ingredients out and ready, it only takes a few minutes to turn everything into a creamy masterpiece.
Today on the dinner menu is a Buckwheat Salad with Roasted Walnuts – absolutely delicious! It has the right amount of crunch and is full of healthy ingredients. I love to make this during the week for dinner and keep the left overs for lunch for the following day.
Easy to throw together delicious, comforting and creamy roast vegetable soup. Great for lunch or a light supper with a crispy slice of bread on the side.
